At Mummy Turtle, we want every item to feel like a warm hug and an invitation to play. Because our items are specially created for your little explorers, we do things a little differently to ensure every journey stays joyful!
Returns & Replacements
Since each piece is made especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns once an item has left the Nest. However, we know that even the best explorers run into a bump in the road!
Just send a quick photo of the issue to our friends at contact@imaginvibes.com and we’ll get a fresh flipper on it immediately.
Refunds
We want you to feel completely supported. If a replacement isn't the right fit for the situation, we offer partial or full refunds within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Once we evaluate your request, we’ll let you know the next steps. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method—just remember it can take a little time for the bank "treks" to finish and show the balance in your account!
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your treasures as soon as they arrive! If anything is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong friend from the Nest, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make sure your little one gets exactly what they need for their next journey.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our friends in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
