Our Return & Adventure Guarantee

Happiness Starts in the Nest! 🐢✨

At Mummy Turtle, we want every item to feel like a warm hug and an invitation to play. Because our items are specially created for your little explorers, we do things a little differently here in the Nest to make sure everyone stays happy and ready for adventure!

Returns & Replacements

Since each piece is made especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns once an item has left the Nest. However, we know that sometimes even the best explorers run into a bump in the road!

If your item arrives with a quality issue or a bad print that our "quality control turtles" happened to miss while they were daydreaming, we want to make it right immediately.

  • We will happily provide a replacement item at no extra cost to you to ensure your adventure continues smoothly!

  • Just send a quick photo of the issue to our friends at contact@imaginvibes.com and we’ll get a fresh flipper on it.

Refunds

We want you to feel completely supported. If a replacement isn't the right fit for the situation, we offer partial or full refunds within 30 days of you receiving your order. Once we evaluate the "Nest Note" you send us, we will let you know how we can best help.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for banks to finish their own trek and post the refund to your account!

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your treasures as soon as they arrive! If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong friend from the Nest, contact us immediately at contact@imaginvibes.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make sure your little one gets exactly what they need for their next journey.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our friends in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
