Welcome to the Mummy Turtle family! When you browse our shop or pick out a new treasure for your little explorer, you’re joining us on a grand adventure. These "Terms of Service" are just the rules of the road to make sure everyone stays safe, happy, and ready to play.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you’re agreeing to follow these guidelines. If you have any questions, our flipper team is always here to help!

1. Who Can Join the Adventure?

To shop at the Nest, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or state. We love little explorers, but the grown-ups need to handle the treasure-hunting (purchasing) part!

2. Accuracy of the Map

We try our very best to make sure every photo and description is perfect. However, because screens can be a bit tricky, the colors of the items you receive might look a tiny bit different than they do on your device. We promise they are still made with a warm hug!

3. Changes to the Journey

Sometimes the wind changes! We reserve the right to update our prices or change the items in the Nest at any time. If we need to cancel an order or change a detail, we’ll reach out to you via the email you provided to make sure your adventure stays on track.

4. The Imagin Vibes Family

Mummy Turtle is a proud part of the Imagin Vibes brand. When you shop with us, you are also interacting with the Imagin Vibes systems. All our magic is protected by copyright, so please don't use our art or stories for your own commercial use without asking first!

5. Your Stories & Feedback

We love hearing from our community! If you send us comments, ideas, or photos of your little ones on their adventures, you agree that we can share that joy with the world (unless you ask us not to).
