What is Mummy Turtle?
Mummy Turtle is a nature-inspired world for little explorers. We create cheerful clothing and keepsakes filled with turtles, garden discoveries, ocean treasures, friendly creatures, and everyday wonder.
Are Mummy Turtle pieces made to order?
Yes. Many of our treasures are made especially after you choose them, rather than produced in large batches in advance. This helps us create each piece for its new home in the Nest.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes available sizes and a size chart further down the page. We recommend checking the chart before ordering, especially for growing little explorers between sizes.
When will my order arrive?
Your estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and again at checkout. Because pieces are made to order, production and delivery times can vary slightly by item and destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order. Because made-to-order treasures can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your piece is already being made.

Do you accept returns?
Because many Mummy Turtle items are made especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns after an item has left the Nest. Of course, this does not affect your rights where required by law.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue. If a quality problem, bad print, damage, or incorrect item reached your Nest, we will review it and help make things right.

How should I care for Mummy Turtle clothing?
Always follow the care label on your item first. To help keep artwork bright for many adventures, we generally recommend washing inside out in cold water, using a gentle cycle, and avoiding high heat.

Available shipping destinations, delivery options, and costs are shown at checkout. If your country is not available there, contact us and we will do our best to help.
